これらは、2010-2012年にグローバルCOEプログラム「生物の多様性と進化研究のための拠点形成」 の補助を受けて修復・電子化し、「生物科学図書室 Digital Archives」として公開していましたが、このほど、京都大学の貴重資料デジタル画像公開プラットフォームである京都大学貴重資料デジタルアーカイブにデータ移行しました。

2020年10月9日現在 、京都大学貴重資料デジタルアーカイブの公開件数は、17,663タイトル、1,372,575画像となりました。
