Muroga Collection is a group of documents gathered by the late Nobuo Muroga (1907-1982), who was an associate professor in the Department of Literature, Kyoto Imperial University, researching geography. It consists of 997 items, including 511 antique maps, 199 Japanese books and 285 Western books. Kyoto University Library acquired the collection in 1996.
